OPPORTUNITY FOR IMPROVEMENTS

Previously, My Girl Souz relied on SquareUp, a generic business management tool that lacked customization, making employee management and business-specific data handling inefficient. Additionally, the manual scheduling process led to missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, and administrative overhead. The lack of a centralized data management and booking system resulted in reduced team productivity and a suboptimal customer experience. A custom web application was essential to enhance operational efficiency, improve data accessibility, and streamline employee and customer workflows.

PROJECT DELIVERY PROCESS

The development of the My Girl Souz Admin Web Application was executed by a dedicated team of three web application developers and backend specialists within a 90-day timeframe. The project followed a structured development methodology, beginning with an in-depth requirement analysis to identify key business challenges and customer pain points. This was followed by UI/UX design and prototyping to create a modern, intuitive, and mobile-friendly interface. The full-stack development phase leveraged Next.js for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, and MongoDB for the database, ensuring a robust and scalable architecture. Integration and testing were conducted to guarantee a seamless booking flow, secure payment processing, and efficient administrative features. Finally, the system was deployed on a Digital Ocean server, accompanied by staff training to ensure smooth adoption and efficient use of the platform.
