Mumbai Metro UI Prototype

 This was a conceptual project, creating a UI prototype for the Mumbai Metro website using Figma. The design aimed to modernize the existing website, focusing on enhanced user experience, increased customer engagement, and the integration of dynamic, interactive elements. The prototype included reimagined designs for homepage.

The prototype included a comprehensive suite of features designed to enhance the user experience. An interactive route map with zoom and pan functionality provides detailed train schedules, estimated travel times, and platform information. The Fares & Ticketing section offers clear fare details, online ticket purchase options, smart card recharge functionality, and information on various ticket types. Dedicated station information pages include amenities, nearby attractions, first/last train timings, parking availability, and accessibility details. Users can easily access customer support channels through online forms, FAQs, and contact information.

Furthermore, the design prioritized mobile responsiveness, ensuring the website adapts seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices. Accessibility was a key consideration, with the design adhering to accessibility guidelines to ensure usability for all users, including those with disabilities. The entire design process adhered to the Mumbai Metro’s existing style guidebook, maintaining brand consistency and visual identity.
