OPPORTUNITY FOR IMPROVEMENTS
The Navy port faced significant challenges related to theft, inefficient port management practices, and reliance on manual tracking methods using pen and paper. These issues resulted in reduced operational productivity and financial losses. A modern, automated solution was needed to effectively monitor and manage port activities, accurately track goods, and enhance security.

PROJECT DELIVERY PROCESS
This complex project was successfully delivered within 120 days. The project team consisted of three developers specializing in both front-end and back-end development, complemented by a dedicated IoT specialist. This team structure allowed for parallel development of the web application and the IoT integration, ensuring seamless functionality and efficient project completion within the challenging timeframe. The timeline encompassed requirements gathering, system design, hardware integration, software development, rigorous testing, and final deployment.
